1) About these terms
These Terms govern:
-
your use of modelbaseboards.co.uk (the “Site”); and
-
where applicable, the supply of goods and services by Baseboards.co.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2) About us and how to contact us
Baseboards.co
Email: [email protected] Baseboards.co
Phone: 020 8142 8930 Baseboards.co
Address: The Studio, The Gables, Wellington (UK) Baseboards.co
3) Using our website
You agree that you will:
-
use the Site lawfully and not misuse it (including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malware, or interfering with the Site’s operation);
-
provide accurate information in any enquiry/quote forms.
We may suspend or restrict access if the Site is misused.
4) Quotes and orders
Many of our products are made to order or bespoke. Quotes may be provided based on the information you supply (including delivery pricing, as we request address details for this purpose). Baseboards.co+1
A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order/quote in writing (e.g., by email) and/or when we take payment or a deposit (as applicable).
5) Bespoke and made-to-order items
Bespoke or made-to-order items are manufactured to your requirements (e.g., size, features, layout type, leg systems, customisation). Baseboards.co+1
Because these items are personalised, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations may not apply once production has started (this does not affect your rights for faulty goods, see Section 10).
6) Pricing and payment
-
Prices will be as agreed in your quote or at point of purchase.
-
Delivery costs will be advised during ordering/quote stage. Baseboards.co
-
If you use Stripe Checkout, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Baseboards.co+1
7) Manufacturing times and changes
Estimated dispatch/build times may depend on specification and workload and will be confirmed when you order. Baseboards.co
If you request changes after confirming an order, we will tell you whether the change is possible and whether it affects price and lead time.
8) Delivery
We typically dispatch completed baseboards on pallets using specialist pallet couriers for kerbside delivery. Baseboards.co
You are responsible for ensuring:
-
access for delivery (including any restrictions);
-
someone is available to receive the delivery where required;
-
you have adequate help to move items safely after kerbside drop-off.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.
9) Inspection on delivery and reporting issues
Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Our Delivery page states that faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Baseboards.co
This reporting window helps us investigate and resolve courier/manufacturing issues quickly, and does not remove your statutory rights as a consumer.
10) Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
A. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
B. Standard (non-bespoke) goods
Where goods are standard/off-the-shelf and purchased online, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the conditions in those regulations.
C. Bespoke/made-to-order goods
For goods made to your specification, the cancellation right may be excluded once production begins (see Section 5). If you need to cancel, contact us immediately and we will confirm what options (if any) are available.
11) Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Baseboards.co and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12) Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be limited under law.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for:
-
losses that were not foreseeable;
-
business losses (loss of profits, revenue, contracts, goodwill) where you are acting in the course of business;
-
delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., courier disruption, severe weather, supply issues).

14) Complaints
If something’s not right, contact us first and we’ll aim to resolve it promptly:
[email protected] | 020 8142 8930 Baseboards.co
15) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (unless consumer law in your part of the UK provides otherwise).
Affiliate links and third-party websites
Our website may include affiliate links to third-party websites. If you follow an affiliate link and purchase from a third party, we may receive a commission. Third-party websites are responsible for their own content, pricing, availability, delivery, returns and customer service. We do not accept responsibility for third-party websites or for any contract you enter into with them.
