Deliveries

All our Baseboards will be packed on pallets once completed and dispatched on a next day service with specialist pallet couriers, for a kerb side delivery.

We will advise a delivery price at the point of order, and an estimated dispatch date will be confirmed at the same time, depending on your build requirements and the options you have chosen.

Returns

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced free of charge for either a full refund or like for like replacement upon either the return of the item, or necessary proof, which will be decided at Basebords.co Ltd’s discretion.

Such goods must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Installation

Your Baseboard will arrive fully assembled, with the frame and board all glued and screwed. Leaving you to add the fully adjustable steel leg units.

With the baseboard upside down on the floor, you line up the leg bracket to the pre-drilled holes in the wooden frame and tighten the supplied bolt.
Once you have attached your legs to the board, flip it onto its feet and place it where you intend to build your model – this will be easier with two of you, so you do not strain the legs units.
Place a spirit level on the board and level using the adjustable feet on the legs system.
