With a background in designing and manufacturing hotel furniture, we understand how to manufacture products to a very high standard that last the test of time and are within a strict budget.

We manufacture baseboards predominantly from 9mm African Marine Ply, which is lighter and easier to pin than Birch Ply; however, we can also use MDF or Birch or Eucalyptus Ply if requested.  Sundeala toppers can be added as required.

The 75x20mm prepared (finished) timber frames are both glued and screwed, making them incredibly strong.

Our leg systems are fabricated using an angled bracket with an integral nut for easy assembly, and the leg has a 31.7mm dia with a 1.5mm wall for rigidity and strength.

Our baseboards are supplied fully assembled, glued and screwed. All you will need to do is locate the steel legs and tighten the securing bolt. Securing multiple baseboards is easy and integrated within the steal leg system.
